BAILEY Bailey is a purebred female Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Her DOB is 2/3/06 Bailey is a owner turn-in. She was given up because she has become aggressive towards previous owner's children. She will lunge, growl and bark at them for no apparent reason the owner states. She is not aggressive towards anyone else, just these boys so I'm thinking something happened and she now no longer trusts them. Info from her foster mom: "We have had the pleasure of being her foster family for 10 weeks. She is a very smart girl who knows lots of commands and is house trained and crate trained. She was turned in to the rescue by her family for being aggressive with the teens in that house. She has shown no signs of aggression what so ever towards adults or children in the past 10 weeks. She loves the kids in our neighborhood and meets lots of people in town every Saturday at the Farmer’s Market. Bailey is a wonderful companion who loves to keep me company in the kitchen and will snuggle up on the sofa to watch TV if invited. She's a good eater, loves baby carrots and ice cubes as treats, and enjoys time in her crate during the day. We leave it open in the living room and often find her in there just hanging out. The one thing she loves more than anything….is riding in the car!!! We've fallen in love with this little girl in the short amount of time we've spent with her. We had hoped to keep Bailey forever but she does not get along with our 3 year old male wheaten. She’s been wonderful with every other dog she has been around----just not our wheatie. She will make a wonderful and loving pet for a very lucky family." Bailey is spayed and up to date on shots. |
