| Digby Digby is a 7 month old purebred male Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier He was an owner turn-in. The reason given was that he was not good with small children and he possibly could have nipped someone - the details are unclear and it could have been a scratch as opposed to a bite. However just to be on the safe side, we will not consider any homes with children under 14 for this dog and obedience classes will be a condition of adoption. Digby has an irish coat which will be beautiful, shiny and wavy when he grows into it - right now he is still in the irish puppy coat stage which isn't as fluffy and soft as american coated Wheatens but will be magnificent when it has matured. Digby gets along well with other animals and has been friendly and giving kisses since coming into rescue. He enjoys riding in the car. Digby is up to date on shots.
