"I have sent you on a journey to a land free of pain, not because I did not love you, but because I loved you too much to force you to stay" |
SHEEBA Beloved pet and best friend of Don Krueger Kansas City, MO Sheeba was a very special girl who was loved by all of us who had the privelege of knowing her. |
Much loved by Audrey Plowes, Brisbane, Australia Lisa was a very special friend, and everybody loved her because of her beautiful, caring nature and bright personality. She always seemed to know people's needs, and many times reached out to a grieving person. She also cared for me in my disability, and even called neighbors when I needed help. I shall always miss you, my lovely Lisa and there is a place in my heart that is forever yours. Thank you my sweetie, for so many wonderful years. - Your ever loving Audrey |
Australian Champion Rellimalodge Analisa May 7, 1989 - June 13, 1999 |
Rosey (Windyflats Rose Dohmit) December 16, 1998 - December 30, 2000 Rosey was a joy and a clown, whose greatest happiness was hearing human laughter. She crammed a lifetime into her two short years and brought a smile to the face of everyone she met. Forever loved and missed by Brenda Hoddinott and family of Nova Scotia, Canada. |
Amanda's Bonnie Merishka March 5, 1988 - February 20, 2001 Merishka was one of the sweetest, smartest, dogs I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She came into our lives at the tender age of 6 weeks after her mother passed and we bonded quickly. She was the first dog I owned as an adult and my daughter's first dog. She was extremely intelligent and learned anything you wanted to teach her immediately and she never forgot a thing that was taught to her. The nearly 13 years we spent together was not nearly enough but we will remember her with much love. She is now young again, all the old age pains gone, her hearing and eyesight restored. Be happy Merishka until we see you again and know that your were much loved by both Wendy and Amanda! |
O'Wheaton's Katie Scarlet June 12, 1994 - April 5, 2001 Katie was my first Wheaten. As a matter of fact, I had never even seen a Wheaten in person until she came out of her crate at the airport. She was 6 months old at the time and she was my first rescue. Without Katie our Wheaten list and S'Wheat Rescues would have never came to be. Katie was a very shy, sweet dog who only wanted you to love her. She loved to lie beside me in bed at night and she would roll over and get her belly rubs. During the night I would feel her cold little nose pushing itself under my hand asking for a little more attention. Katie is the reason I fell in love with the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier breed and her legacy will live on in the work I do and all the other Wheatens who may come into my life after her. The short 7 years that we had with our sweet Katie was not nearly enough but we will cherish our memories of her forever. I am sure she and Merishka are having a great time at the bridge waiting for us to come can claim them. You were much loved Katie, and will forever be sorely missed! |
Brandy February 2, 1988 - January 15, 2001 She was the best birthday present I ever had. I only wish she knew how much she will be missed. - David Wells |
Carla July 26, 1985 - January 3, 2002 Beloved by Audrey and the Brisbane Gang Cala was my first Wheaten, and I used to call her my "Little Angel" because she was so good, so sweet and so loving. I shall miss her greatly but a very long and happy life, and she taught me, and gave me so very much. Rest in peace and joy, my little angel, my sweet Carla. |

Your Pets in Heaven To have loved and then said farewell is better than to have never loved at all. For all of the times that you have stopped and touched my head, fed me my favorite treat and returned the love I so unconditionally gave to you. For the care that you gave to me so unselfishly. For all of these things I am grateful and thankful. I ask that you not grieve for the loss, but rejoice in the fact that we lived, loved and touched each other's lives. My life was fuller because you were there, not as a master/owner, but as my friend. Today I am as I was in my youth. The grass is always green, butterflies flit among the flowers and the sun shines gently down upon all of God's creatures. I can run, jump, play and do all of the things that I did in my youth. There is no sickness, no aching joints and no regrets and no aging. We await the arrival of our lifelong companions and know that togetherness is forever. You live in our hearts as we do in yours. Companions such as you are so rare and unique. Don't hold the love you have within yourself. Give it to another like me and then I will live forever. For love really never dies, and you are loved and missed as surely as we are. |
