| BARLEY Barley is an 8 year old purebred male Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier He was owned by an elderly gentleman who could no longer care for him and he was signed over to a veterinarian who then contacted us and asked us to find a new home for Barley. He is very happy, bouncy and loveable. Good with other dogs but not with cats. Has not been exposed to small children so a home without them is best. Like many Wheatens, Barley suffers from allergies and will need to be kept strictly on a diet that does not contain wheat or corn. From his foster mom: Here are some pics of the boy. I tried to get some "action" shots but he is just wild! I think he has a lot of pent up energy. The people at the vet said he was in the kennel from 5 pm to 8 am! He is a sweetheart though and very loveable, needs a lot of attention. He has some bad burn marks I am assuming are from an electric fence collar. His hair is all gone from there too. Poor guy.
