| BERNIE AND KIRI Bernie is a 5 old purebred male and Kiri is a 3 year old female Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. The dogs are owner turn-ins. The reason given was that they have a toddler and they dogs are being kept confined to a kitchen or the yard to keep them away from the child. The dogs are lonely and bored and are now finding ways to get loose from the yard. The owners have stated the neither dog has shown any aggression towards people or other animals. Since these dogs have been together all their lives we would like to keep them together. Preference will be given to anyone who wants to adopt both dogs. If we cannot find a home that can take both in a reasonable amont of time we will then consider applicants who can only adopt one or the other. Our normal opposite sex only policy does still apply so any applicant applying to adopt both would need to not have any other dogs. Both dogs are desexed and up to date on shots.
