| BILLY Billy is a 9 month of purebred male Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. Billy's owner dumped him in a high kill shelter and gave the excuse that they were moving to a place that did not allow dogs. Shelter workers contacted us and asked us to take him into rescue. As you can see in the pictures, Billy has an irish coat and that coat takes longer to fill out and mature. He will have a beautiful, shiny, wavy coat when it fills out. The person who picked him up at the shelter gave this description: He so reminds me of Charlie in the face. He is a kisser. He was on the sofa on his back with his legs hanging off the edge. He loves to be held and loved. I am not sure he was given much attention before. He has a super personality, it does not see that his short term in the shelter affected him nor his neglected life with his past owerns. He is very happy go luck Billy will be neutered and will be brought up to date on shots prior to adoption.
