DAISY

Daisy is a purebred female Soft Coated
1/06.

Daisy, along with
Sasha and Jake were
breeding dogs in a Amish Puppymill.
Luckily for them, they were released and
we were contacted by another rescue
and asked to take them in and find them
good homes.

All three dogs were matted and caked
with manure and are being shaved down.
We will get more pictures of them online
soon.

Please don't judge them based on their
haircuts - it is only fur and it will grow
back and they will be beautiful Wheatens
again!

From her foster mom:

Daisy is the most outgoing of the three,
her tail never stops wagging and she
has come up to us a few times, she likes
to follow you when she thinks you aren't
watching, she loves to lay with sasha in a
corner but will come with some coaxing,
she doesn't seemed thrilled about being
around Jake, I don't know if that is from
being used for breeding or if it is
because he likes to sniff her, so we will
have to watch and see. She is the most
dominant out of the group so may be
best with a laid back male or being in a
single dog home.

Foster mom update #2:

Daisy is doing amazing we even got a
little wheaten greetin today!!  She runs
up to you to get your attention we are
just careful not to approach her too
quickly or else she retreats for a minute
and comes right back, she has claimed
the doggy bed as her own and loves it.

Daisy is spayed and up to date on shots.
