| DUFF Duff is an approx. 1 year old male Wheatable He was rescued from an animal shelter. Below is a description from his foster home: It's hard to believe this dogs was so neglected, because he is so warm and friendly and well-behaved. He's a calm dog, not a big barker. He is disintrested in cats. We have a kitten that tries to play with him and he is always gentle with her. He has fit in well with our pack so far. He hasn't been playing with the other dogs but they do get along. It seems like he is a "people dog" so far. He would rather be where ever the humans are. He seems to be a very loyal dog. He follows us around the house and he likes to curl up beside us on the couch. He's not very good with being brushed or groomed yet, but we're working on it. He doesn't get aggressive, but he tries to walk away from brushing. He has had no accidents since coming home and walks well on a leash. The only behavior issue we have seen so far is that he is quite the people-food mooch. We're not giving him any, but he is pretty consistant in trying to get it. As you can see, Duff's coat was in quite a mess and he was infested with fleas and ticks when he came out of the shelter. He has been shaved down and the parasites have been taken care of. His foster home will be getting some better pics of him so check back soon.
