Information from his past owner is below: We took Dugan to live with us after his owner (a family friend) passed away a few years ago. We would like to turn Dugan into rescue because we are expecting a baby and feel that Dugan would be better suited in a home with older children. He is easily excitable and as a result often has no regard for other animals or people in his way. We will be happy to donate his crate, grooming tools, and other items when we transfer Dugan.
