| GRACIE Gracie is a purebred female Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. Her DOB is 12/1/06 Gracie is a owner turn-in. Below is some info from them: She has allergies, and we cannot afford to take her to a specialist and my vet has run out of options. Our financial and job situation has changed immensely and we are now, unfortunately, having to find homes for our animals. Gracie is a sweet and wonderful dog – housebroken when watched J, crate-trained, doesn’t bark much, loves to run in our backyard, gets along well with our other dogs, a Great Dane and a dachshund mix, loves kids, has never shown even a hint of aggression, and even learned to not pounce on the cat. Because of her allergy issues, which I believe are due to her breeding, I would like S’Wheat Rescues to help find her a new home – a home that is educated on the needs of wheatens. I, admittedly, was not aware of the allergy problems that wheatens have a tendency toward, and, after finding out that my breeder was aware of the parents’ allergy issues, attempted to contact the breeder for help with her allergies. They said that they are not responsible once the dog leaves their care. It is IMPERATIVE that she finds a home where her allergy issues can be properly addressed and that she will be loved as much as we love her.
