| JAX Jax is a 6 month old purebred male Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. Jax was a owner turn-in. He came from a well known puppymill in Iowa and they were not prepared for the work it will take to housebreak this puppy and get him comfortable with people and socialized. Thankfully they cared more about the puppy than the money they had spent on him and turned him over to rescue instead of returning him to the breeder. He is shy of people but in the few days he has been here he has come a long way. Spending a lot of time with dogs that are socialized and not scared of people is helping tremendously in his confidence. With time he should be just fine. Jax will need to gain a couple of times before he is at a healthy enough weight to be neutered. Neutering will have to be done before he is ready for adoption. He is up to date on shots.
