| LARS Lars is an approx. 3 yr. old male Wheatable. He literally was saved in the nick of time, we found out about him about 45 minutes before he was to be put down at a animal shelter and with a flurry of emails we were able to get someone to the shelter in time to save him from death. He was literally matted to the skin and had to be shaved down as you can see in the pics but, of course, the fur will grow back. He is a VERY sweet dog and will make a great pet. You can constantly hear the thump, thump of his tail and he is always happy to see you. He is on the small side, probably only around 25-30 lbs. Lars came down with a very bad case of kennel cough from the shelter which happens with great frequency. He lost a fair amount of weight while battling the illness but has now kicked the bug and is gaining weight. He is neutered and UTD on shots October 2005 - A FOREVER HOME! Lars has been adopted by Gerry Capone of Virginia CONGRATULATIONS! |
