LOVEY

Lovey is an approx. 1.5 year old purebred female Soft
Coated Wheaten Terrier.

Lovey was found wandering in a local city and taken
to an animal shelter there. A male Wheaten was also
found near where she was discovered but he was
adopted from the shelter.

The shelter held Lovey for the amount of time they
are required to but no one came looking for her so
we pulled her from the shelter to find her a good
home.

As you can see in the pics below that were taken on
the night she came into rescue, her coat was in
terrible condition when she was pulled from the
shelter. She had large patches of wound hair from
some past injuries that have since healed. She
looked like someone had tried to groom her with
hedgeclippers.

She is an extremely sweet and loving dog. She was
given the name "Lovey' after she went nuts kissing
and whining when she was called a "lovey girl" so
you could say that she named herself. She has gotten
along with all the other dogs and just wants to play,
play, play.

Lovey has been groomed, gotten her shots and been
spayed and is feeling much better. As you can see by
the new pictures she is looking much better also.
