| MAGGIE Wheaten Terrier. Her DOB is 5/10/05 of a pack with 4 female dogs and as often happens, when she hit maturity she started fighting to establish her alpha position. This is a situation we are very familiar with and the reason we only do opposite sex adoptions. She will do best in a home of her own or with a laid back male dog. Info from the owner: She is a sweetheart with people. Well house trained and broken, in fact she will ring bells attached to the door when she needs to go out. If the doggy door is closed and she needs to go out she goes to the door with the bells and rings them! She reacts to my commands and comes when called. She is a little timid but warms up if you are calm and quiet. Maggie does not like loud noises. Skooter (male) and Maggie get along fine and there have not been in any fights, Skooter is not an aggressive male but he wants to defend the yard and protect his females. She is a very sweet dog and would make anyone a great pet. She is used to the crate when I am not home and does not protest going into the crate Maggie is spayed and up to date on shots OCTOBER 2008 - A FOREVER HOME Maggie has been adopted by Erika Friedman of Maryland CONGRATULATIONS! |
