| NEWMAN Newman is an approx. 8 year old male Wheatable. Newman ended up in an animal shelter when his owner was arrested and sent away for a long time. We don't know the reason, only that Newman was kept tied outside on a choke chain. Newman's coat is a horrible mess, matted to the skin so badly he was unable to walk properly. He is going to see a vet and he will be shaved soon. As you can see in the new pics, Newman looks great after getting that matted coat shaved off. His foster mother says he is a great little dog. Has gotten along well with the other dog in the household and does not seem to be fazed by the hustle and bustle of a family with children. He loves to 'kill' his toys as you can see in the picture. He is very sweet and loving, likes to give kisses and gives the Wheaten Greetin' with the best of them. Newman is neutered and will be brought up to date on his shots prior to adoption.
