Poor Oscar has had a really hard time in his short 3 years of life. His first owner left him with a
neighbor while promising to come back for him after his relocation was taken care of. His owner never
came back. The neighbor would not allow poor Oscar in the house so he spent several months
outside, deprived of the human companionship that Wheatens so crave. He was then given away to
someone else and they eventually called rescue. You can see by his horrible shape in the pictures
above that he was never groomed and was matted to the skin. Things are looking up for him now, he
is in rescue and his first stop will be the groomers to get all those painful matts shaved off. He will
enjoy some love and human companionship and in time I think he will find life is pretty good once
again. He is located in Scottsdale, AZ
