Tipper was given up for adoption because her family decided
that they wanted to travel and they did not want her to be boarded for
long periods of time. She was adopted by Jennifer Plumb in March of
2001. It takes a special person to adopt a 9 year old dog and Tipper
was one of the lucky ones. She joins two brothers, Henry and Winston.
